ROXIVA LIGHT AND SOUND sessions

Listed here are roXiva’s current sessions organised into categories. More are in the making and being released on a regular basis.

Regardless of what category you choose to indulge in, the journeys can be transformational and life altering in the most enjoyable ways.

Please note that many of the sessions fit into more than one category. Sometimes the best fit only is included. An example of this is the subject of hypnotherapy. Visual style sessions, Theta sessions, and Gamma sessions will all encourage and enhance hypnotic trance states.

Any included rating of session strength is an average only and will differ from one person to the next (and even one day to the next in some cases). What one person finds mild, you may find intense or vice versa.

Sessions made for a specific purpose are not a claim to guaranteed benefit. They are based on the most likely frequencies and practices found in studies to give the specific benefit. And the experience of many users backs this up.

Of far more value, are the altered and expanded states of consciousness that sessions allow you to visit and enjoy. There is a saying that ‘Altered states lead to altered traits! ‘This alone, will bring more benefits than you can imagine.

In fact you could think of certain sessions as like shaking one of those glass Christmas snow globes and then seeing the flakes of white snow re-settle in a different pattern. Your mind can be like that too with roXiva sessions. Shaking up your neurology and thinking a bit to allow for potential change. Or used with specific protocols this resettling can be more intentional. A metaphorical example of this might be cymatics. You may have seen this., where sound is introduced to a random pile of sand and the sound causes geometric patterns to form in the sand through vibration depending on the frequency. What this means is that some benefits of roXiva sessions are universal regardless of what session you use. Others have more intention behind them and are more specific. It’s important to know however, that (for example) even a session designed to be stimulating can cause someone to fall asleep. And this is a great result and the benefits of the session will still be present even if this happens.

Start slowly with your explorations., especially the ones in the expanded states category. Some of them are quite strong in effect similar to a psychedelic experience. You have plenty of time. Take it slowly. Start with a lower intensity of around 30-35%. And over time you can experiment with increasing this to increase the impact.
